The steps detailed in the diagram below all happen in a matter of minutes and hours. The repair process can be quick. Most of the time, it can be as fast as the same day. We broke it down with lengthy explanations to help you understand how the “typical repair process” works with us.
Get in touch by phone, email, website form or WhatsApp chat. Most customers complete a website form or request a quote by clicking here. In short, we need to have your contact details and the device and the issue. Once we have this information, we will confirm the cost - verbally and in writing via email. Should you be happy to proceed after discussing the cost and turnaround time, we move on to step 2.
We have your device collected once you have confirmed that you are happy to book the repair or diagnosis. Collection and delivery is FREE as long as you are based in London Zone 1, and some parts of Zone 2. We can normally collect items on the same day within 2 hours of your call or a time of your convenience. We can collect devices for repair from your work or home. You DO NOT need to pack it or stay home all day as will call you before coming, and we will normally collect within a one hour window.
Once we have your device, we get to work almost immediately. We do a diagnosis if necessary to confirm what needs to be done and order any parts if required and then complete the repair. Once the repair is done, we test it thoroughly to make sure everything is working like normal. All of our repairs come with warranty. Most MacBook screens come with a lifetime warranty.
We will request payment for the work done once the repair is complete. So, once you receive a payment request, you can make payment and agree a time for delivery. We can normally deliver around your convenience. We can deliver to your home or work.
Once we confirm the payment received, we will send the repaired item back to you at your agreed time slot. Once you received it back, you will check it and make sure you are happy. However, we provide extended warranty and aftercare, so there is no need to worry or rush. 👏
